Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information provided
Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information provided
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange
- Products must be in their original condition: unused, with all accessories and original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Non-Returnable Products
For quality assurance and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used power tools (Agrafeuse, Affleureuse, Boulonneuse, Burineur, Carotteuse, Cisaille)
- Consumables (Batterie et chargeur, Balai/pelle/brosserie)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged by improper use
Return Process
- Contact our customer service by email at [email protected] using the return request template below
- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 48 hours
- Carefully package the product with all accessories and proof of purchase
- Ship the package to: Stanley Magasin – Service Retours

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- For card payments, the credit will appear on your account according to your bank’s processing time (typically an additional 2-3 days)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
